DELL Precision 7520 - Bluetooth not working

Hi,

Brand new machine with dead blue tooth. Tried deleting drivers, reinstalling, you name it. Have gone through countless posts with people who have similar issue to no avail. I have the Qualcomm WiFi/Bluetooth driver. The WIFI part works fine.

Any ideas on what to try next? Did I buy a lemon?
