Dell Lattitude E5430 airplane mode is on and greyed out

Basically the subject. I've tried disabling the "ability for computer to turn off this device to save power" setting for my network adapter and still nothing.

Laptop doesn't have a physical button for airplane mode, FN + PRNTSCRN hasn't worked either.

Whenever I run the network troubleshooter, it says that wireless capability is turned off? Not sure what that means.
