Dell Latitude E5570 won't send mirror signal to Samsung UN50NU7100FXZA

Hello,

I have been trying to mirror the display of my Dell Latitude E5570 using Firefox to my Samsung UN50NU7100FXZA, and have not had any luck in doing so. I did search on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hRLbp_n96oE to see what the process what like. I live in a high rise apartment where I can see one of my neighbor's Samsung Smart TV, but still no luck with getting the Samsung UN50NU7100FXZA to show up in the discoverable wireless devices seen. Also, I do have two display adapters on this Dell E5570 AMD Radeon R7 M370, and Intel HD Graphics 530. In addition, I did check the drivers to see no errors or updates needed.
