dell latitude 3440 wireless card issue on linux

HI i tried almost all Gnome Linux by dual boot with windows on dell latitude 3440 and in all distros the wifi card shown unplugged and disabled although the system recognize it in terminal .

type:qualcomm atheros QCA9565/AR9565

it seems that it is drivers softwares on non open source especially with this one
