Dell is an embarrassment for a tech company...

I placed an order with Dell on May 14th and given an estimated delivery date of May 20th...tomorrow.

A couple of  days later, when I checked their site it says that the order will ship on May 22nd and the expected delivery date is June 9th. Almost a month !!!

Dell FAQ says that you can cancel on order before it goes into production...but this order went into production on the very day that the order was placed.

You'll never find such deceit  from Amazon....should have gone with my heart and made the purchase on Amazon.
