Dell Inspiron 7559 not able to connect to the Internet via wifi

Hi, my laptop just downloaded a new Windows update (it said it was larger than most and would take a longer time than normal Windows updates), and it has now caused my laptop to be unable to connect to the Internet via my apartment's wifi. I am able to connect to the wireless network, but it says "No Internet access". This cannot be true since my phone is using the same wifi network and has no connection issues. I am currently sending this post out using a wired Ethernet connection, which works with no issues. I would try to reinstall by wireless drivers, but I don't know how to do that. Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks.

On the wired connection, download the appropriate WiFi driver for the WiFi you bought from the list here under Network. Once downloaded, install it. If it says a newer driver is already installed, force it to install anyway. Restart when down and retest.
