Dell Inspiron 15-5567 Web Browsing Problem - Can't connect to the proxy server. Help!

Before, I can browse on the internet with Chrome and Edge but then suddenly I kept receiving this error on both Chrome and Edge saying CAN'T CONNECT TO THE PROXY SERVER. I am 100% positive that I do not use a Proxy Server.

I am really worried i won't be able to fix this. It's a brand new laptop, just bought it a few weeks back.

Things I have tried so far:

1. Untick Use a proxy server for your LAN in the Internet Properties (It was already untick when I opened it)

2. Deleted the ProxyEnable string and ProxyServer string from the Registry Editor

3. Reset Winsock

4. Reset the IP (release and renew)

5. Scanned for Malware with Malwarebytes (Found some and deleted them)

6. Scanned for viruses with McCafee.

6. Completely Reset the Computer (Reset->Remove Everything->Remove Files and Clean the Drive)

After all of that, the problem is still there! I really need help. I don't know what to do anymore. This is the first time I'm getting nervous over a laptop problem. Please please please help me! Thank you!

You can  open control panel/ click internet options/ click the connections tab, then at the bottom click LAN settings .Unclick use a proxy server , then click automatically detect settings.
