Dell Inspiron 15 5000 laptop soooo slow!!!

Can anyone help. This laptop is the slowest most unresponsive one I have ever used. I have tried all the hacks on the internet to speed up usage and response time but to no avail. Dell should be ashamed of making such a poor product
