Do you have a "static" IP address set for your network at home?  If so, you can connect to all the wireless networks you want, but you won't be able to connect to their networks, including the Internet, unless your IP configuration just magically happens to match their network.

Right-click the network connection in the Notification Area, Open Network and Sharing Center, Change Adapter Settings (left), right-click your wireless connection, Properties, find Internet Protocol Version 4, Properties.  What is selected/showing there?

I don't understand what the problem is?  You can't connect?  To what?  Why?

My laptop connect to other routers, but does not open any page in internet .

At home with my router no problem, but elsewhere in the office for example, gives an indication that it is connected to the router but does not open pages like google and more!

Thanks a lot, I did your instructions and found that I have a fixed IP address. I changed the settings tomorrow and will make sure everything will be fine!
