D6000 docking station on mac issues

Hey All,

I have very annoying issues with my brand new dell D6000 (DisplayLink Manager 1.6.1, Build 59.135, with updated firmware)

connecting to my mac M1 (MacBook Pro 16" 2021, Monterey 12.0.1)

When My mac goes to sleep and I wake it up by pressing the keyboard, so the display and network are not working.

the keyboard and mouse (which are connected through the docking station) are working (also the light turns white from red) but the screen and network just wont work.

I have to reconnect the usb-c, sometimes even have to do it twice for it to work.

Anyone familiar with the problem? and hopefully a solution?
