Connecting Acer Predator PHN16-72-97SH to Dell WD19S dock. How can I get these set up please?

I have a docking station setup for my work computer that uses a Dell WD19S dock. I bought a new predator PHN16-72-97SH computer on the weekend for home use and am trying to get the Dell docking station to work on it. The computer can see the mouse, keyboard and camera - but it won't recognise the monitors. (Other computers at home have had no issues connecting to the dock).

How can I get these set up please?

I found a thunderbolt control centre app on the computer, and it says I have two Thunderbolt 4 (1137) ports. And when I google this, it says it should be compatible with displayport?
