Connecting a PC to WD19TBS Thunderbolt Dock

I work from home and I have my AW3821DW (4k/144hz) monitor using DP1.4 + peripherals going into a WD19TBS dock that I can plug my work laptop into via a Thunderbolt3 port.

I want to build a gaming PC however I don’t want to unplug my monitor and peripherals out of my dock and into my PC every time I want to game, and then do it all again but in reverse to get my workstation ready for work the next morning.

I understand this requires having Thunderbolt3 ports built into the IO of my graphics card? I have not chosen any parts for my PC yet so any part recommendations, insights or experience into how this may work, or if there are limitations, are greatly appreciated
