Can't Install Network Driver on Dell E5430

I installed Windows 7 on my E5430, and there was no network driver. On another computer I put the 2 drivers from the Dell website onto a flash drive, thinking this was the solution. However, when I try to install them (I tried both of them), they won't install. Error message says Entry Point Not Found. Please help.
