Can't connect to Internet via LAN
I tried, updating the driver, uninstalled/reinstalled. This happened to me before and this has resolved.
this time i am not having any luck.
WIFI works fine though.
I looked around other suggestion none worked for me so far.
Any help please?????

Please provide us a screen shot of the device manager after expanding options under network adapters along with the service tag/ express service code via private message. I tried to upload screenshot but it would not send, getting error uploading.
