Cannot connect to Wifi

I have a Dell Inspiron N5030. Due to virus issues, I had to reinstall Windows 7 again using the Reinstallation DVD. Right now I am unable to connect to my home Wifi. I'm guessing I have to reinstall the drivers as well, but cannot find the CD for the drivers right now. Can someone please help? Thx, sdm0804

Hi sdm0804,

Yes, after reinstalling the operating system, all the drivers have to be installed in order for the corresponding hardware to work. If you have access to another computer with internet access, you can download drivers that computer, save them in a USB flash drive, and then copy them to your Inspiron N5030 computer.

Please refer the following link that has detailed instructions to install drivers in the correct order: http://dell.to/Ynnsnr

Do let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi Kalyan, I was able to load the drivers and connect to the Internet. You may close the question. Thanks.
