Bluetooth Problem

When I was trying to connect my headphones with my dell inspiron 3521, my pc was just searching for bluetooth devices for hours. My headphones were able to connect with different devices but not with my pc. I guess the problem is not regarding drivers because it can do wireless mirroring. I tried to reinstall my bluetooth drivers but I got a problem of "activate bluetooth using wireless switch" What to do??
