Bluetooth Problem

Hi,

Regarding with the Bluetooth problem.

i am facing problem with the bluetooth device. it is always hidden sometime its showing but not working. i tried to solve it from many ways i installed new driver from dell support but it need to be active device which i can not coz when i am going to settings and the wireless device the bluetooth turn on/off slider option is disabled. i can not slide it ...only top of that wifi slider is active. even i can not see it in device manager from their i tried to install from internal software but still can not. many time i did disable enable but no response. now it is totally hidden and i can not install driver also it need to turn it on.

please help me to sort it out.
