Bluetooth LE on Inspiron 15

I just ordered this https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/dell-laptops/inspiron-15-laptop/spd/inspiron-15-3520-laptop/nn3520gskhs.  It seems to come with a Realtek Wi-Fi 5 RTL8821CE wireless card.  Per this https://www.amazon.com/RTL8821CE-PCI-Express-802-11AC-Bluetooth-915620-001/dp/B08DR1LND9  it supports Bluetooth 4.2 which should work with Bluetooth LE.  I use a Jabra hearing aid (can provide details if required) and would like to be able to connect to this directly.

Has anybody been able to enable Bluetooth LE on this or similar laptop(s)?  Thx!
