bluetooth help please

i have chatted with dell reps until i just can't no more.  can anyone help me?  i have an inspiron 9300 with Dell 350 Bluetooth Internal Wireless Card I2915BT.  I have the wireless headphones from creative that are bluetooth compatible.  They sound like the sound is underwater and there is a beep about every 12-15 seconds.  I can keep a connection for any longer than 3 to 4 minutes.  please give me some advice!
