Any forum in accessories for active Pen?

I was wondering where the forum for such accessories as Active Pens for 2-in-1 units was.  I have just ordered my third Active Pen for my XPS 13 9365 because the first two have failed within 6 months of purchasing.

But they have not failed completely.  I can bang my pen on the edge of a table and regain the ability to be recognized by the screen so I can use it.  The condition of the batteries is not the problem but is seems to me, the problem is poor design or cheap components might be responsible for the failure of these devices.  It does not seem to be related to a software issue.

So, I have had my 9365 for 18 months and have already needed to replace the pen three times with a total cost of $210. 

Could someone at Dell please look into the quality or design of these devices.... If you are selling systems which use these devices, they need to be as reliable as the computers they are being used on.
