All our docks WD15,WD19 and D6000 have ethernet disabled

Hi

We have over 50 laptops latitude 7480,7490 and 7400 and we have a mix of different dock stations WD15, WD19 and D6000.

All of them start acting up the past few weeks with ethernet not working on the dock stations and some of them have a blurry monitor.

We have the latest drivers and firmware on the laptop and dock stations We double check via Dell website and also doing dell command update.

We try many fix seen on the forums but nothing has fixed this issue.

We really need to fix this, please can you help me out?

If you plugged in the cable to the dock works and something to add, we see the Realtek USB GbE Family Controller under device manager, but it's disable, when you try to enabled it, after a second it get disabled again with error code 22.

This happen with all this models of Dock and different latitude models.
