Alienware M17 Bluetooth disappeared

Alienware M17 Bluetooth on/off toggle has disappeared and there is also no Bluetooth under Device Manager. I downloaded the Dell Support Assistant and when it gets to installing Bluetooth it shows "Activate Bluetooth using Wireless Switch." This is the installation log:

I have updated Windows and restarted multiple times.
