Alienware Aplha R1 w/intel 7265, problems with bluetooth and 5 ghz wifi (Windows 10)

Hello,

I swapped in an intel 7265 into my alienware alpha r1 which only gives me access to my 2.4 ghz network. There is a caution sign with an error code 10 on bluetooth in device manager, I have tried to delete and reinstall drivers but nothing changed. The driver version I'm using is 19.71.0.2. Since it is a dual band network card I've been trying to connect to my 5ghz network but there is no option to do so. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. BIOS is also updated to the latest version. If anyone can help me with this problem I would appreciate it.

Are you saying that your Alpha-R1 did not ship with a WiFi card?

From whom or what Dell computer did you get the 2015 Intel 7265?

If from another Dell computer, did it operate at Dual Band?

If from another Dell computer, was that computer running Windows 10?
