Airplane mode button greyed out - WIFI not available
I can't get my computer to connect to WIFI or Bluetooth. Airplane mode is greyed out. So far i tried:
Network settings
uninstalled the Network adapter drivers and reinstalled them
formatted my laptop
nothing seems to help
I am actually pretty certain that this may be an easy solution. All of that started after cleaning my Notebook keyboard. So, I think I may have eventually pressed the wrong button.
However, the manual says fn F10 - would turn on/off Wireless - but no it will do a screenshot.
Please help!

Have you check the BIOS settings?

Providing specific laptop model and version of operating system. That would help Dell mods while monitoring for widespread issue and alerting technical team.
Depending on the system you have, performing CMOS reset to restore firmware to default value. Then, making change in settings to match with hardware and usage preference.
