Wireless Network Connectivity Problems in XPS 13 9380 and Vostro 5402 since 3+ Months

Hi Dell Community,

We are facing the Wireless/LAN Network Connectivity Problems in THREE machines (XPS 13 9380 - 1no. & Vostro 5402 - 2nos.).

Get connecting by performing few steps as follows. BUT THIS IS NOT A PERMANENT SOLUTION:

1. After a few restarts (4-5 times) it gets connected.
2. Sometimes the Wireless driver (Killer) disabled automatically and hence enabling the same works back to get connected.
3. Sometimes enable/disable AEROPLANE mode works

Dell recommended troubleshooting steps have been performed as follows but issue still persists:

1. Bios and respective drivers updated but issue still persists

2. Uninstall the Wireless driver manually and installed after restarts again but issue still persists

3. Upgraded Windows from 10 to 11 and updated all drivers and related patches but issue still persists

4. Checked Network detection in BIOS mode. It is detected but issue still persists

5. Dell processed for the Wireless adaptor (hardware) replacement - In Process

Request @DELL and @EXPERTS here to kindly suggest the way forward for these PROBLEMS in Dell machines.

With Regards,

Asif Iqbal
