Wifi issue with xps13 9380

I updated BIOS - no wifi detected

I tried to purchase another wifi card only to discover that wifi card can not be replaced 

I updated the laptop OS , still no wifi

updated my firmware , no wifi

downgraded firmware still no wifi

I don t know what to do. Any advise ?
