Hi, I found this sheet dell-emc-networking-z9264-on-spec-sheet.pdf (https://dell.to/3tnsueU) and I can understand the Dell PowerSwitch Z9264F-ON does support a Server NIC using 4x100GbE. This switch is a high-performance, high-density open networking 100GbE multi-rate aggregation switch. It provides up to 64 ports of 40/100GbE in QSFP28 form factor or up to 128 ports of 10/25/50GbE (via breakout). The multi-rate 100GbE ports support 10/25/40/50/100GbE. So, if your Server NIC uses 4x100GbE, it should be compatible with this switch. However, for the specific configuration and setup, you may need to contact Dell’s sales team.

After reviewing the spec sheet I think it should be able to support a server that uses one NIC with 25gbe and other NIC with 100gbe, as long as the ports are configured properly. But we don't give configuration support it is a whole different area so I suggest let see our community help or you can reach the deployment team via your local support and get exact information. I don't want to mislead you on it.
