strange behaviour between S4048-ON and powerconnect N4064F

Hi

I have a force10 connected to a powerconnect N4064 through a 10G link. 

i don't undestrand why the link didin't come up

the optical budget is good at both end

i really dont know why the line protocol is down on the S4048 side
