S4148F to link with Cisco switch using QSFP+

Hi all,

Currently i have 2 switches.

Switch 1 : S4148F Dell

Switch 2 : Cisco Switch (Forgot the model number) 

But both is support and have QSFP+ port

So currently on Dell port, (Port 27) we attached by using CISCO SFP. And on the other side (also using CISCO SFP). 

i try to:

#show inventory media

Yes, it detect the SFP.

also i try another method such as,

MX9116N# configure terminal
MX9116N(config)# allow unsupported-transceiver
MX9116N(config)# unlock third-party transceiver
MX9116N(config)# end
MX9116N# write

Yet there is no blinking and uplink between this two switches. That QSFP+ model is "Cisco Qsfp 40G"
