S4048-ON no booting

Hello, I am a dell beginner engineer.

I looked for a way to power off using the Juniper device's request system power-off.

After accessing the shell using linuxadmin, I proceeded with shutdown like normal Linux,
but after that, the fan only spun violently and normal booting did not occur.

Please help.
