S4048 interfaces not displaying

I have two stacked S4048 switches.  When the command show ip interface brief is issued ports Te1/5-8 are missing.

Hello LOSTforce10,

 

In the running configuration we can see  2 units of S4048 and they are in a stack:

stack-unit 1 provision S4048-ON

stack-unit 2 provision S4048-ON

stack-unit 1 stack-group 1

stack-unit 1 stack-group 12

The ports that are used for stacking are stack-group 1 and stack-group 12.

According to this user guide page 908 stack-group 1 is ports 5,6,7,8 and stack-group 12 is port 49.

When the ports are used for stacking, they do not show as normal data ports.

We would need to get some additional details to determine the issue, as they may be combo ports or they were converted to stacking ports, or something along those lines.

Would you be able to provide details, or screenshots of the Interface and ports lists.

Lastly, would you do me a favor and confirm if you are using OS9 or OS10?
