S-4128T-ON 40GbE breakout to N1548

I need to connect a S-Series switch to a N1500 using a 40Gb breakout cable. I'm more of a server guy that knows a little networking, so not 100% sure on a few things here, and can't seem to find documentation on it.

I believe I know how to get the S switch into the proper mode. For the QSFP port, "interface breakout 1/1/25 map 10g-4x" should put it into the proper mode.

But... what do I need to do on the N1500 switch? I'm assuming you have to configure the four 10Gb interfaces in some manner, you can't just plug all four cables in with no additional configuration and have it actually work, right? Do these four 10Gb interfaces need to go into a port group? Or is there other configuration needed to get this link to work? Literally can't find any documentation on the configuration on the 4x 10Gbe side...
