Replacing LAN STACK
Hello. Hoping I can get some advice on what I'm about to do. I currently have four 6248 switches in a stack. The back side of two of the switches have a 10gig module uplinking the stack to two 10GIG switches which serve my vmware/storage environment.
I have purchase four new switches (N3248TE-ON). They do not have rear modules, however they do have four 10GIG ports on the right side of the front.
Can I use these front 10gig ports as the uplinks to my 10GIG network? If so, I suppose I would configure them to be trunks?
Any helpful suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks,
GJ

Yes you can use as uplink to the existing with trunk mode as per your setup accordingly
