Hello,
Try Completely power off the switch and then power it on.
If the switch freezes during boot and does not bring even the U-boot prompt, then most likely the switch has to be replaced.
If the switch can reach the u-boot prompt, then there may be a recovery procedure here.

If your switches cannot be upgraded or already up to date, you have to contact your local support for a replacement.
