Power Connect 3348 VLAN Question
I currently have Data and Voice (3-COM NBX) running on the same subnet on the same physical network segment. Is there any way to segragate the two using this switch? I want to put the Voice on its own VLAN (possibly defined by MAC address)?
Is this possible?

Could you tell me
Are you using the same media (cable) for the voice and data? And What are you using now to separate voice and data (what device)? If you don't separating them and they running on the same phisical media using same network, you better subnet your network to two different ranges using any router. To be honest I did not clear understand your problem.
Dell3348 allows you to devide network using vlans, but it is no smart enough to route. You will need Layer 3 device. mailto: ekudinov@asa.edu If you have any questions regarding configuration details.
