when I'd like to confirm that these switches already EOL, EOS or not, I need to Tag number of switches?
please tell me about how to confirm EOL without Tag number.

Those listed here are without tags https://dell.to/3GhTWgV. The switch models that you require information will need tag. Alternative, you can contact the sales department to check the product availability and support life.
