Have you tried contacting Customer Care in your region?

The ownership was succesfully transfered on the 24th of september. The original warranty has been expired since 2022, so all ways to contact customer support are greyed out.

10.5 versions are greyed out. Is that due to the licensing structure? I'm not fammiliair with Dell licensing. The devices were originally sold in 2020 with a two year warranty.

Access to software updates would require either ProSupport or ProSupport Plus entitlement.

You may contact Sales to see if entitlement can be purchased and get a quote for purchase.

I'll maybe try that later, 10.4 is more than enough at home for now. Thanks again!
