Not able to Ping the IP from Dell S4048

I was trying to configure a Palo Alto  Firewall  Management interface to my Dell S4048. I have created a layer 3 VLAN, the tagged the Palo Alto connected interface to the VLAN. The firewall is physically connected LED lights at both ends are blinking without any issues. I have set the negotiation to auto at both ends, Now the issue is I am not able to ping the management IP which I assigned to FW even though I can able to ping the Layer VLAN IP. Can anyone shed light on this?

Please note that I have added my switch IP already in the Palo Alto approved list for ping,ssh and HTTPs. Still I am experieing the same issue
