New to me Power Connect 2816 Switch - Can't get past Restore Saved Configuration page

I set the IP address on my PC to 192.168.2.10 with the 255.255.255.0 subnet.  Plugged in the ethernet and plugged the switch in.  After it booted up, I pushed the manage switch and got in to the page below.  Since it is used, it had an IP address assigned.  I checked Use Current IP and Use Default User name/Password.  Lastly, I clicked Apply Changes and here I sit.

What hoops do I need to jump through to get this thing set so I can use it.  Thank you.
