N4032 Switch Help

Hi networking gurus!

I have two N4032 switches.  They are not stacked or connected to each other.

Problem is when I connect the ME5012 SAN to the switch, the hosts can not connect with the SAN.  Running VM 8 custom Dell build on a PE 540.  It's a small flat network.  Nothing fancy here.  No VLAN.

Any suggestions or help is appreciated!
