N3048 N2048 DOT1S[dtlTask]: dot1s_txrx.c() NOTE dot1sBpduReceive(): Invalid
Hi all, I have an N3048P core switch with three N2048P stacks.
The N3048P log is filled with this message:
DOT1S[dtlTask]: dot1s_txrx.c(1263) 1388509 %% NOTE dot1sBpduReceive(): Invalid Forward Delay
Here is the topo and config:
SW01 has APs, Servers, and other devices connected to it
SW02, 3, and 4 have APs, Users, and Printers connected to them.
I run 4 vlans. MGMT, Users, WLAN, and Guest. The guest has no IP to avoid routing.
The APs are managed via the MGMT vlan, and WLAN and Guest are tagged with seperate SSIDs.
Corporate and Guest networks uplink to SW01 via seperate access ports from seperate routers.
I use this same config with N3000/N2000 and Guest/Corporate routers and APs in several other locations and do not see these messages in the logs.
I hope that is enough to go on. Thanks for any help!

Hello, what's the firmware version installed on the switch? The issues may be caused by either port mode issues or the outdated firmware.
