N2048P doesn't boot, POST never stops
Hey all,
I am new with Dell and I messed up something, switch became messed up as it seems.
Long story short :
- 2 pieces N2048P
- Both updated to latest Firmware
- bootcode updated
- cpld updated
- Powered off, stack cables connected
I made an error by powering them both at the same time.
They both booted not seeing each other.
Did one more reload (again at the same time).
Since that moment 1 switch seems to stay in POST (With noisy fan), not any light blinking except console light if its plugged. Even console does not show any output. When I say any, I mean there is no any output.
No booting process to be seen on console whatsoever.
Any Idea about what went wrong and what I can try is welcomed!
Thank you all.

Hello thanks for choosing Dell.
I made an error by powering them both at the same time >> I see. Yes I'm afraid this is not the right way.
We ask you to remove stack cables from both switches and power off the switches for 15 minutes. After that, connect console cable on one of the switch and power it on and check for console display messages.
Repeat the same step on the second switch as well.
If there is no console messages on serial console on putty session, and if your switch is still in warranty, please create a support ticket for replacement.
