N2024: Shut tw1/0/X interfaces if not present
Hello,
I have an N2024 switch and we use the 10g interface te1/0/1 but not any tw - two gig interfaces. The snmp in the monitoring messages
CRITICAL: Interface 'Tw1/0/1' Status : notPresent (admin: up) - Interface 'Tw1/0/2' Status : notPresent (admin: up)
we are not using any two gig interfaces. How can I shut these interfaces? I tried interface tw1/0/1 but they do not exist.
Best Regards

Waltdrus,
Would you confirm what firmware revision the switch is at, or is it up to date? If behind would you update the switch and see if that helps?
Also would you confirm the results from a Show interface status, is anything listed there for the port?
Let me know.

Hi Chris,
thank you for your reply. And sorry I have just seen you answer right now. The show version command shows
HW Version........................ 5
CPLD Version...................... 17
unit active backup current-active next-active
---- ----------- ----------- -------------- --------------
1 6.3.3.9
Do you think a firmware update would solve the problem? How could I download the firmware? If I enter the serial of the device in my dell account, the device does not show up.
Best Regards
