MPU4032 password reset..

Been struggling with a couple of MPU4032.. 
  
I work as part of a team recycling/reselling used IT equipment (Good to be green) 
we have received a couple of MPU4032 that have unknown passwords.
Seems a waste to part these down for recycling when they seem to be working.

I have read on another thread that its possible to get a one off password to unlock these using a "passwordoveride.exe" and then forwarding the info to dell support, but for the life of me i can  not figure it out.

Anyone figured this out?
