More than 1 VLT Domain for a single switch pair?

Is there ever a scenario where you might want to add more than one domain when you only have a single pair of switches?

In the documentation, you only ever see one domain configured.

I am curious.

Currently I have a pair of S5148f running OS10

Thanks

Hello again,

In OS9 you were allowed to utilize multiple VLT-domains Switch A& B would be in VLT-domain#1 while switch B & C could be in VLT-domain#2 .

However it is practically pointless and more a side effect of the technology than a desired effect.
In OS10 I'm not even sure it is even allowed but then again as stated it is a pointless design and not one that is recommended and thus not supported.

Remember VLT is not a stack and should by no means be incorporated as such.

That's for 2 pairs of switches. Im guessing there is no reason to configure more than one VLT Domain for a single pair of switches.
