member switch hanging
switches hang themselves and stop responding, when we go to the site we find that switch light in red color when we restart the switches every thing comes back normal.

Hello @liyabru,
This can be either a hardware error or a configuration problem. In either case, I suggest you, if your switch is under warratny to contact phone support. They will ask you for a log and after checking the logs they will be able to tell you if is a hardware malfunction.
