mellanox connectx-4 lx ethernet adapter network connectivity

We have 7 PER640, all equipped with the same hardware, identically, 6 of which are currently running server 2016 in a Hyper-V Cluster using NIC Teaming (LBFO) using two of the four Mellanox ConnectX-4 Lx Ethernet Adapters that each servers come with, the remaining are being used for a storage network. This setup is currently working fine. The remaining server has been reloaded with server 2022 as we are trying to upgrade our Hyper-V Cluster to 2022. On this server two of the four Mellanox ConnectX-4 Lx Ethernet Adapters are being used for the storage network, with no issues. The remaining two adapters we would like to use in a Switch Embedded Team, however we are having the following difficulties. While the NICs are unteamed, I can not get the server properly connected to the network, for example; the server is on the 10.10.10.0 subnet and unteamed can not ping it's gw. It can ping 10.10.10.4, but not 5 or 6. It can ping 10 and 12 , but not 11. It can ping other hosts outside of its subnet, such as 192.168.30.5, 6 10 and the gw, but not 192.16.30.10, 13 or 23. What is really strange is that this issue is resolved when NIC Team is created, either LBFO or SET. We have been using System Center VMM to create SET teams on other servers without issue, but the lack of stable connectivity is preventing VMM from working for us and if a team exists on the server, then VMM will not convert the team as needed. has anyone experienced anything like this, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello thanks for choosing Dell.
I think, for now, I wanted to ask if you could get in touch with the person who has actually configured the whole thing? This sounds like you need more understanding on your network configuration, rather than the support from us.
