Interesting issue we are seeing on all N1500/2200 series switches
I have recently deployed over 35 DELL N series switches, ranging from N1500 and N2200. We are using the TW ports as fiber uplinks at a speed setting of 10000 (10G)
Everything works while the switches are running, however, no matter how many times we save the config to the startup or the backup and reload, all speed settings are wiped. This causes so many issues as many switches are located in an IDF with no server hardware to console from.
I called Support about it, but all I got was a 10-15 second silence then a, "UHHHH, that's not supposed to happen."
Has anyone else noticed this and/or do you have a possible solution?

What is the current firmware updated and did you have save configuration and reload the switch ? Tech support will need to know the firmware version if there is any abnormal system logs found to verify the error. Is your system still in warranty?

That is the thing, it has occurred so far on the following firmware versions. 6.6.3.17,6.7.1.9, 6.7.1.10. Yes of course I have copied running config to startup as well as backup.
The issue occurs randomly it seems. Though, yesterday, while we had Dell support on the phone for a different issue, we brought it up. It appears that all the TW SFP ports are actually 100GB spread out over 4 ports, so when setting the speed for the uplinks in use, you must set ALL port speed.
The best way to achieve this is to use the following cmds:
config
int range tw1/0/1-4,tw2/0/1-4,tw3/0/1-4,....and so on for each switch in the stack
speed 10000
This will set all ports to the speed and should not reset at reboot. I have not tested this yet as I will not attempt while remote.
