Help with topology of a network using PowerSwitch N1500

I have limited networking experience. I am facing an issue with a new Switch /Server designed installation. Currently , y  have a switch facing the internet .  210-ASNF : Dell Networking N1524, 24x 1Gb E + 4x 10GbE SFP+ fixed ports, Stacking, IO to PSU airflow, AC

This follows a Dell Server R640 running on Win Data Center edition.  the server is delivered with  4 NIC cards that where teamed to a virtual Lan.

This server are dedicated to tenant  virtual machines that requires individual public IP for RDS . But the Data Center advanced a block of IPs  with a mask that only  provided for 9 IPs.  The switch and the server are  configure for this block.

But later came in a second block of IPs. But this time are font a different Lan(different mask and gateway).  I thought that the switch may be easily configure to allocate the second Lan  to work parallel com from the 1st virtual LAN.

But the server is not allowing additional VM configurations  allowing  routing to the second blocks of IP.  Any ideas hot to accommodate routing when different IP blocks delivers internet using 2 distinct LANs?
