Force10 MXL as aggregator?

I have a come into a Force10 MXL switch with part number NVH81, like several of my other MXL's. However, this one is acting as an I/O aggregator and not a "Full Switch" according to the CMC.

It also refers to itself as an I/O Aggregator under the "show system" command.

How can I convert the switch back into a full MXL?

Thanks

If you don't know the answer, please don't feel tempted to respond. I will wait for someone experienced with the MXL to give guidance.

Thanks for choosing Dell. https://dell.to/3sLeo36
Please  go through the manual for MXL/IOA.

Hello, I apologize there was so much I could do on the forum. If your system is still in warranty, I would suggest best we collect switch logs from that MX IOA switch to know about switch status. We cannot provide to change configuration without knowing switch configuration, since the MX IOA is used for fiber-channel storage environment. I wonder this material could also help.

Having this same issue. MXL showing as I/O aggregator in CMC. A past employee was able to convert them back to MXL but he is no longer here, so I know there is a process to do it. Anyone have any insight into this?
